Go to the polls forum section
Click directly on the POLLS
AT the top, above the posts or polls, you will see  CREATE NEW POST and CREATE NEW POLL.
Click on CREATE NEW POLL,  choose between regular, multicheckbox, and the other one.
After this, you can now create your poll.
